Features / Call analytics
Know how your phones are really answered
Call analytics shows how many calls came in, how many nobody picked up, how fast the team answers, and when the phones are busiest. On Business and up, for all lines or one, over the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
The numbers
- Incoming and outgoing calls.
- Missed-call rate: incoming calls nobody picked up, voicemails included.
- Median time to answer.
- Incoming calls per day, as a chart.
Busiest hours
A weekday-by-hour heat map, in the line's time zone, shows when calls arrive and names the busiest slot. Use it to set business hours, plan who's on the phones, and decide when a ring order should reach the crew.
Who answers, and which line
See each person's answered calls, their share of the total, and their median time to answer, and each line's incoming calls, missed rate, voicemails, and outgoing calls. It's for spotting where calls slip through, not for timing anyone's breaks.
Getting started
- Create a login and pick a plan. Checkout saves a card for the 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged until it ends.
- Confirm your business and its 911 address, and get a local number on the spot. Bringing your own number? You answer on a temporary one while it moves over, for free.
- Choose where calls ring, write what callers hear, invite your team, and register for texting. Then answer in the browser, the iPhone and Android apps, or a desk phone. How it works has the details.
Included on Business and Scale
