Built for HubSpot's call fields

HubSpot's Calls API expects its own direction values, its own call statuses, and durations in milliseconds. Onyx Phone sends fields already in that form, so the Zap maps them straight across with no formatter steps.

HubSpot matches contacts on email, which phone callers don't have, so the Zap uses Find or Create Contact by phone number, in the format your contacts were saved in.

Add call summaries

On Business, lines that record calls get a short AI summary of each answered call. Map it into the engagement and the sales team reads what happened without listening back.
