The keypad places the call from the line you choose, so the person you dial sees that business number. The call is recorded from the moment it is answered.
Keep the message
A missed call with no recording stays a missed call. A voicemail is a call with audio you can play. A transcript shows up when one comes back. You can write notes on the call.
Price
The fee is for the line, not for each person
Quo Starter is $19 per person each month, month to month. RingCentral Core is $30 per person. Three people on those plans are $57 and $90. Desk is $29 for the account, and the people you add are on that same plan.
A solo plan at $19 is less than Desk, and it includes texting. Onyx Phone does not yet. The savings start when two or more people share the number. See the numbers.
