What you'll need from Aircall

Account number: The Aircall number you're moving.
PIN: 0000.
Name and address: Exactly as Aircall has them on your account. Copy them from a recent bill.
A recent bill: A PDF or a photo from the last 30 days.

Nothing to request: enter 0000 as the PIN.

Good to know

Download a recent invoice from Aircall's billing settings that shows the number, your name, and your address.
A suspended or closed Aircall account can't release its numbers.
Export call recordings first: they stay with Aircall.
Keep your Aircall service until the move is done, or the number can be lost.

How long does it take to move a number from Aircall?

Will my phone stop working while the number moves?

No. Keep your Aircall service until the move is done. You answer on a temporary Onyx Phone number in the meantime, and you can forward your current number to it so customers reach you either way.

Does moving my number cost anything?

Can I text from the number as soon as it moves?

What if Aircall turns the move down?

Onyx Phone shows what the carrier said, and you can fix the details and send it again. The usual reasons: the account number, name, or address doesn't match what the carrier has. Copy them from a recent bill; the PIN expired or was replaced. Get a new one and send the request again.
