What you'll need from GoDaddy SmartLine

Account number: In your GoDaddy account, or on your SmartLine billing statement.
PIN: A security code from GoDaddy support.
Name and address: Exactly as GoDaddy SmartLine has them on your account. Copy them from a recent bill.
A recent bill: A PDF or a photo from the last 30 days.

Contact GoDaddy support and ask for the port-out security code for your SmartLine number.

Good to know

SmartLine must still be active: a canceled number can't move.
Texts and voicemails stay with GoDaddy; save what you need first.
Keep your GoDaddy SmartLine service until the move is done, or the number can be lost.
